He is a doctor of signal and information processing and a master of CAS; a bachelor majoring in communication engineering and minoring in computer science application of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Before he was a national patent examiner and was in charge of the patent retrieval and reexamination in electronics for the State Patent Examination and Cooperation Center, he won the outstanding award at state patent examination and training. Moreover, He holds the patent agent license (6th in the country) and Lawyers License of China.

He masters Chinese Patent Law, Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law and examination guide, and other intellectual property laws and regulations, and good at patent compilation, retrieval, examination, reexamination, invalidation and litigation.
