Wu Yanfeng: vice general manager, patent agent, senior engineer, member of the 5th CPPCC of Chengdu, agent of outstanding patent in Sichuan province, member of Sichuan Intellectual Property Right Specialists Bank He graduated from Sichuan Agriculture University with bachelor’s degree. He qualified for patent agency in 2001. He has been engaged in research of sci-tech intelligence, commercialization of research findings, and study of strategic development of the government and of strategic development of enterprise patent. He is familiar with the sci-tech work and the patent work at the grassroots.
